Healing Touch for Self-Care
To facilitate the natural healing process by bringing balance and harmony to your energy system, I use heart-centered intention, skill and gentle hand placement on, or near the body, to enhance your self-healing process.

Attend a Healing Touch Class
Level 1 Class
In this 16-hour highly experiential and interactive live in-person class, you will learn 12 effective energy healing techniques to support healing in yourself and others.
Anyone can learn to use Healing Touch and there is no prerequisite!
Each healing technique is demonstrated and then exchanged in student pairs so everyone in the class experiences receiving and providing the techniques. You will have many opportunities for sharing, discussing & connecting.
Next Class: Fall 2025 - OTTAWA, ON
Level 2 Class
In this 16-hour highly experiential and interactive live in-person class, you will use active listening skills while conducting an intake interview with your client to guide the healing techniques you will choose.
You will learn additional full body and local healing techniques, for example a technique designed to release cellular memory related to past physical injuries, and a healing sequence to relieve back and neck pain.
As well, you will learn how to professionally document your healing session for effective case management.
